With Adamson United vertical 130 degree three roll calender mill with top roll offset 50 degrees from vertical, with 18" diameter x 48" roll face, drilled and cored rolls with rotary unions, 64" centerline height, motorized adjustable top and bottom rolls, roll cross axis on top roll, calender windup and and letoff, (4) adjustable trim knives, with motor drive unit. Used 120 mm NFM Welding Engineers single screw cool feed rubber extruder, jacketed pin barrel, 14:1 L/D, cored screw with rotary union, 29.2:1 gearbox ration with motor.
